Research on the Team Management Mechanism of Class Committee in College Students—Analysis Method Based on AHP

Class is the most basic organizational form of daily management in college students, main front for implementation various educational activities, and plays a core role construction fine study school style. The research on team mechanism class committee has an important influence management, atmosphere culture, cohesion, appeal. Based AHP analysis method, this paper adopts qualitative quantitative methods to quantitatively analyze assessing indexes committee. Through setting indicator coefficient precise data, can better clarify responsibility position division task.
